Why MOPS?
MOPS International exists to encourage equip and develop every mother of preschoolers to realize her potential as a woman, mother and leader in the name of Jesus Christ.
Why join a MOPS group?
MOPS is a great way for mothers of young children to meet and connect with other moms who are in the same season of life. It is a fun and relaxing break from the craziness of raising preschoolers.
When and where does MOPS meet?
MOPS at Parkview will meet every 2nd and 4th Thursday from 9:30am – 11:30am in the Chapel at Parkview Baptist Church at 58th & Sheridan. A MOPS year coincides with a school year. MOPS at Parkview will start September 10, 2009 and run through May 13, 2010. The specific ’09-‘10 meeting dates are listed below and on our websites.
Can I bring my children?
Absolutely! All children, from birth to Kindergarten, are welcome and encouraged to take part in the MOPPET program. MOPPETS is a biblically based learning program for your little ones to enjoy while you attend the MOPS meetings. There may be a waiting list in MOPPETS for some age groups, due to class size. Please contact Tarrah Ross before you attend a meeting to be sure there will be a place for your child when you arrive.
What does MOPS cost?
A one year membership to MOPS International is $24.00** and includes:
* Access to MyMOPS online
* A subscription to the bi-monthly magazine, Mom Sense
* The 2009 theme book, Life on Planet Mom: A Down to Earth Guide to Your Changing Relationships by Lisa T. Bergren.

So excited to join MOPS. I have a 7,6,3 and 2 month old. I work as an attorney defending doctors and clinics. I LOVE being a Mom but is by far the hardest job on earth. My three older kids are in Awanas at Parkview. I am glad to have other Moms who I can consult and enjoy.
